Partner enquiry details

When you make a partner or supplier enquiry we collect the contact details of the person making the enquiry, such as name, job title, email address and telephone number, together with the content of the enquiry.

Organisation information

We record information about your organisation so that we can assess fit and capability.

• Insurance, health and safety and compliance information where relevant.

Services and products offered

We record the services, trades, products or capacity you can provide, along with typical lead times, capacity limits and any specialisms, so that we can consider you for relevant requirements.

Certifications and accreditations

Geographic coverage

We record the regions, cities or sites you can cover and any mobilisation constraints, so that requirements are matched to partners who can realistically deliver.

Partnership communications

You can ask us to change or stop these communications at any time, other than messages required to administer a live contract.

Data sharing

Where a requirement involves a client, we may share relevant organisation-level capability information with that client as part of a bid or delivery proposal. We also use service providers for IT, communications and document management.
